What is a Hard Seltzer?

Hard Seltzer is the name given to a new and exciting category of alcoholic drink. Hard Seltzers are typically made with just three ingredients: sparkling water, alcohol and flavourings.

Why are Hard Seltzers so popular?

Hard Seltzers were first developed in the US and were immediately a hit with a new generation of drinkers, who wanted all the refreshment and flavour, but without all the calories, sugar and carbs.

What alcohol is used in Hard Seltzer?

The alcohol used varies from brand to brand, but generally they are clean-tasting spirits derived from sugar, malt and fruit. However, the quality of spirit used can vary considerably between brands.

Is Hard Seltzer and vodka soda the same?

Yes it is!

What does Hard Seltzer mean?

The 'hard' part refers to the alcohol and the 'seltzer' part refers to the sparkling water. Both of these terms are commonly used in the US.

Is Served gluten free?

Yes all of our ingredients and products are naturally gluten free.

Is Served suitable for vegans?

Yes our products are made purely from plants.

Does Served contain allergens?

No, our products do not contain any allergens.

What type of alcohol is in Served?

We use our very own ServedPure™ gluten-free vodka which is made from wonky beet grown in the Champagne-Ardenne region in France. It is four-times distilled to produce a crystal clear, ultra-clean tasting spirit, with a subtle smooth finish.

How do we flavour our drinks?

We source the most delicious fresh fruit bursting with flavour, and gently infuse them into our drinks. As we are only concerned with flavour, it allows us to specifically select wonky fruit that would have otherwise gone to waste for aesthetic reasons alone. It's a win-win for us and the planet!

What type of water is in Served?

To achieve the perfect clean and refreshing flavour profile in our drinks, it's essential that we source the very finest spring water. Our spring water is naturally filtered through red and grey sandstone and freshly sprung in rural Staffodshire. We add bubbles for a naturally refreshing effervescence.

Does Served contain any artificial ingredients?

We never use anything artificial. Our ingredients are carefully sourced from plants and we keep processing to an absolute minimum to maintain the raw goodness of the ingredients we use.

Does Served contain any sweeteners?

No, we do not add any sweeteners to our drinks.

Are our drinks natural?

Yes all of our ingredients are 100% natural and we never use anything artificial.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment method.

You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Take a look at our Returns Policy for more information.

My delivery has arrived damaged or items are missing, what do I do next?

We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items and email this to team@serveddrinks.co.uk. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.

How do I manage my subscription?

Are your cans recyclable?

Yes! A core principle of our business is doing everything we can to minimise our footprint on the planet. That’s why our cans are BPA free and 100% recyclable. We are committed to becoming a circular brand with a fully sustainable supply chain.

Why wonky?

A staggering 50 million tonnes of delicious fruit and veg is thrown away in Europe each year for aesthetic reasons alone.

Have you ever been to the supermarket and bought some perfectly shaped, beautiful looking fruit, only to find it was lacking flavour?

At Served, we are not interested in what our fruit looks like as we infuse them into our drinks, but we do go to extraordinary lengths to find the world's best tasting fruit, bursting with flavour.

As looks never come into it we are able to use bumped, bent and broken fruit that would have otherwise gone to waste. It's important to us as a business that we do our bit to help reduce perfectly good fruit and veg ending up in the waste heap.
