All items in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from placing your order. If you place an order and an order is out of stock, our customer service team will be in-touch.
Shipping times vary by delivery address are only an estimate given by the couriers.
Please note bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods may produce longer delivery times.

In the run up to Christmas, deliveries can sometimes take longer due to the sheer volume of parcels being sent. As such we encourage everyone to ensure they place their orders as soon as possible. In order to help with that please find our Christmas dates below. Orders need to be placed by the 16th December when using our Free Standard UK Mainland delivery Service and by the 19th December when using our Express Mainland Service. All orders must be placed before 11:30am. Any orders placed after these dates and time cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery FAQ
Where does SERVED deliver to?
We currently only deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £25. Northern Ireland delivery is charged as standard at £6.95.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we offer an express delivery option with DPD Next Day for £6.95 for all UK mainland orders (excl. Northern Ireland). Orders need to be placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday for next business day delivery.
Where can I track my order and shipping?
Yes, you will be sent an email with live tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to be updated by the courier. If your courier is Yodel, we recommend downloading the Yodel app, as the tracking is more accurate and you can also find a picture of where they left your parcel.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
Please get in touch with us at team@serveddrinks.co.uk and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment method. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied and your order has already been dispatched, there will be a £4 standard postage charge to resend your order.
My delivery has arrived damaged or items are missing, what do I do next?
We take care to pack all orders carefully to avoid damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your products are damaged or missing please take a photo of the damaged items and email this to team@serveddrinks.co.uk. One of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve the issue. Please note we will require a photo of the damaged or missing good to raise a claim with the courier.
